Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for a temporary position in London, ON. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our healthcare industry client's team, handling walk-in sales, processing invoices, managing inventory, and providing compassionate customer service to our clients patients.  

  • Pay rate: $21/hour.

  • Location: London, ON

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Detailed Job Description:

  • Handle walk-in sales and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Process invoices, tickets, DCR, recurring tickets for HSR daily run.

  • Manage inventory receiving and ordering.

  • Input EMR prescriptions accurately.

  • Create accounts and handle billing in JDE.

  • Maintain computer proficiency and demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Candidate's Profile:

  • Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Computer proficiency and ability to adapt to various software.

  • Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Compassionate and adept at interacting with our clients patients.

  • Previous experience in customer service and administrative roles is an asset.
