We have an opening for a Client Relationship Consultant within our Customer Solution Centre in London, ON.

The ideal Client Relationship Consultant candidate is someone who can provide outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast paced, fun, team oriented environment. Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs is a must and the candidate will be required to work rotational shifts. Superior attention to detail, multi-tasking and keyboarding skills along with the ability to deal with tight deadlines and high pressure round out the ideal candidate profile.

With a focus on maintaining superior levels of customer satisfaction, this position performs all aspects of the central order management function while ensuring compliancy and adherence to all processes and deadlines.

Functions of the Client Relationship Consultant position include:

Receives and manages client orders using central order intake system(s). Accurately determines client needs and expectations, enters orders into the central system(s) and assigns orders to the most appropriate branch or subvendor in a timely manner.

Manages branch and subvendor candidate submittals through Adecco’s system(s) and creates a candidate profile in the vendor supplier application/tool for the client’s review and approval.

Ensures that data and documentation are current, accurate and compliant as they relate to Adecco’s systems, the vendor supplier applications/tools, and the client contracts and Service Level Agreements.

Interacts with National and Regional clients providing superior levels of customer service. Provides clients with the appropriate contact information of the Adecco branch or subvendor that is responsible for filling the orders.

Follows up with clients to ensure satisfaction of filled orders and identifies new business development opportunities for increased business with clients, promoting Adecco’s products and services whenever possible.

Facilitates and acts as the central point of contact between the client/vendor systems and Adecco branches for the submission of background checks and other required information.

Client Relationship Consultant Requirements:

Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
A minimum of two (2) years related experience in a technical role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with an automated payroll and/or billing system and vendor management system (VMS) such as Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, Taleo or Brassring tools is an asset.
Must be comfortable working with computer software applications and proficient in Office automation suite, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; preferably office 365.
Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
