  • Deal directly with business and professional level customers either by telephone and/or email
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints - follow up calls when required
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints - heavy document tracking
  • Conduct outbound calls to explain new systems and processes to existing customers - this includes training, guiding and explaining the advantages as well 
  • Order entry duties and ensure follow through occurs efficiently and in a timely fashion
  • Various administrative and clerical duties as required

  • At least 1+ years’ experience in a similar role - although this is not a typical call center setting, this experience would be accepted
