Customer Service Representative

On behalf of our top Banking client in Canada, Adecco is currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives to initially work remotely in Markham, ON. To qualify for this Customer Service Representative role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of call center experience as well as previous banking experience. This is a 3- month full-time contract position, paying $21.41/hr with a possibility of extension and conversion.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Successful completion of high school required
  • Previous banking is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service skills
  • Knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word)
  • Tech savvy with above average navigational skills is needed
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
  • Strong interpersonal, communication
  • Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provides a broad range of operational support and/or performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own functional area within Operations & Technology
  • Positively contribute to the overall customer experience and loyalty index in each interaction
  • Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately by utilizing the established partner problem resolution process both internally and externally and escalating when required
  • Complete assigned tasks accurately & within established standards
  • Be knowledgeable and comply with Bank Codes of Conduct
