Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Customer Service Representative to work full-time hours for our client in Milton, ON. In this role, you will be requested to confirm pickups for Milton DC to fall within HME CAPEX budget and will also enable implementation of the Dynamic System auto calling and will assist with getting HME equipment back into the rental pool.

  • Pay rate: $20/hour
  • Location: Milton, ON
  • Availability Required: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Answer phones
  • Work within Medigas HCCSS eQuip OS
  • Speak with Medigas HCCSS customers to confirm and schedule pick ups
  • Work in conjunction with the Dispatch Department to confirm and schedule pick ups
  • Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Customer Service and phone skills are required
  • Computer proficiency is required
