Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Mississauga. Customer Service Representative will be responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.

Pay: $18-20/hr

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm

  • Responsibilities

  • Managing assets and coordinating work with customer internal technicians and other facilities
  • Invoicing, order entry, customer issues emails and calls
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism  
  • Determining and scheduling equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc.
  • Handles request for additional company materials.
  • Hands on work with regular lifting up to 40 lbs.
     
  • Requirements:

  • Customer Service or Counter Sales experience preferably face to face work with customers.
  • Good communication skills, written and spoken English. (French an asset)
  • Any diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of Microsoft office and Data entry
  • Positive energy and personality
  • Open to learn and adapt to new requirements and flexible duties.
  • Previous SAP or Oracle experience is an asset.
