Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently recruiting to a full time permanent Customer Service Representative job in Mississauga, ON.  The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience by tracking customer engagement through multiple channels, addressing customer queries, and improving service delivery.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer onboarding processes for new customers or add-on solutions to existing customers
  • Working closely with the Regional Sales Directors and their teams you will provide customer reporting, presentations, and information to address customer concerns or to offer additional add-on services. 
  • Learning a full suite of leasing and fleet management solutions in order to improve awareness within a current customer base of additional products and services.
  • Scheduling and hosting information sessions for active customers on the use or implementation of solutions.
  • Tracking customer experience through surveys and other touchpoints.
  • Managing the customer onboarding process.
  • Aligning customer experience strategies with sales and marketing initiatives as well as informing customers about new solutions or features.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Documenting processes and identifying issues or customer requests to improve solutions or services.

    Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will be a recent college or university graduate who has a passion for working with people possessing 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • A dedicated, hard worker who is self motivated and career oriented.
  • Possess intermediate level MSOffice skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders in a fast paced, highly transactional office environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the proven ability to interact with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve deadlines.
  • A well organized professional who is focused and able to meet deadlines in a timely and accurate manner.
