Customer Service Representative


Adecco is currently hiring a customer service position for our client in Oshawa, ON. You do have to be comfortable being on the phone for majority or your shift and have good customer service skills. This is a fulll time position working Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM.  

Responsibilities and Duties:  

  • Coordinate vehicle pickups by obtaining release information and authorization from appropriate clientele  

  • Notify clients daily on the status of the vehicle 

  • Accurately input detailed information onto call logs and/or files 

  • Complete timely follow up calls to meet deadlines 

  • Investigate and troubleshoot delayed vehicle releases that fall outside the appropriate time frames/deadlines 

  • Negotiate? charges between the shops and the clients 

  • Enter payouts and charges for each stock number 

  • Meet SLA daily 

  • Educational Requirements and Qualifications:?  

  • High School Diploma or equivalent in education with previous office experience. 

  • Experience in a customer service or a call center environment is an asset. 

  • The tenacity and drive to work a problem interaction through to successful resolution. 

  • Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, pleasant and professional manner.  

  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
