Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative in  Richmond Hill, ON. This is a 2-month contract position and has a pay rate of $17.00 /hour-18.00/hour. Our client is one of Canada's leading professional services firms, provides audit, tax, enterprise risk, consulting, and financial advisory services.  

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional in/outbound customer service to callers
Handle concerns regarding lottery ticket purchase, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Receive and respond to inbound e-mail, gather and verify required information
Provide information to the customer and place appropriate notes in the system indicating exactly what action was taken or needs to be taken
Ensure proper security procedures are followed on all e-commerce customer interactions
Resolve customer complaints (ticket not received, payment issues etc)
Creating and updating customer files in a customized database
Customer Service Representative Qualifications : 
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Ability to listen attentively and to use the information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet the customers' specific needs
Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with a high degree of accuracy
Problem-solving and decision making skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
