Customer Service Representative

Our client, a sustainably-driven, deliciously-healthy organic food company is currently hiring for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in their Richmond location. To qualify for this role, you must have 1-2 years of customer service experience or equivalent. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and work in a company with a great work culture. This is a 6 month contract position with the opportunity for extension and pays $20 p/hr.

Customer Service Representative responsibilities 

Provides superior customer service as a member of the Inside Sales Team by:

-    Processing of sales orders and invoicing – efficiently processes orders, ensure pricing and invoice discounts are accurate, fills an order by offering alternative ship/pick up dates based upon product availability; completes invoicing, filing, and mailing in an accurate and timely manner.
-    Customer Service – effectively deals with customer inquiries and concerns.
-    Teamwork & communication – be a positive contributor and maintain a supportive attitude within the department and the company.
-    Other projects as assigned/required
-    business practices.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

•    Successful completion of Grade 12. Post-secondary an asset.

•    1-2 years' working with an ERP system, IFS an asset.
•    1-2 years of working in customer service is an asset.
•    1-2 years of sales administration is an asset.
•    Strong multi-tasking and time management skills needed.
•    Strong customer service skills needed.
•    Strong organizational skills needed.

Applicants must be bilingual in French and English.
