Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently looking for French English Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Saint, NB

To be considered for this Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you must have excellent verbal communication skills and must be comfortable speaking to customers on the phone and must speak fluent English and French.

Required to be flexible with working hours of operation Mon-Friday 7am-11pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8am-9pm. Currently closed on Sundays. Flexible to work on Canadian Holidays.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

  • Must have a clear criminal record
  • Must speak fluent
  • English and French
  • Must have previous customer service experience
  • Must have High School diploma
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality and flexibility
  • Ability to function well as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Time management skills
