Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. Customer Sevice Representative is a 4-month remote contract opportunity paying $19.81/hr

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to answer internal inbound calls regarding billing and payment inquiries
  • Ability to troubleshoot by evaluating payment history and reviewing online invoices
  • Process all payments, refunds and collections
  • Create and validate delinquency letters.
  • Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate with clients (written and verbal communication skills)
  • Attention to detail – verifying amounts for clients
  • Minimum 1 year of experience handling inbound/outbound calls
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
  • Ability to work flexible schedules remotely.
