Adecco is currently looking for a permanent and full time customer service representative for one of his client, leader in the automobile field. You need to possess a valid driver licence and some experience in sales or customer service to be consider for that position. Your mission will be to offer a perfect service to the customer in store and on the phone. The salary is between 16, 50 and 20, 50$ depending on your experience.

Different seeking location: Scarborough, Windsor and London

The responsibilities of the customer service representative:
· Provide a superior customer service to both customer calling on the phone as well as the one coming in store
· Contribute to Service Center's achievement of meeting or exceeding target KPIs.
· Identify customer needs, overcome objections, secure the work, and satisfy the customer
· Support all opportunities to increase sales (add-on products) and develop the business while supporting effective cost management
· Schedule work to suit customers’ special needs and requiremen

The qualifications required:
· Experience in sales or in customer service
· Be able to give a flexible schedule
· A valid driver licence
· Strong communication skill
