Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service Representative in St. Catharine’s. To be considered for this role, you must be available from 8 am – 12 am 7 days a week and have experience with the management of customer interactions to increase customer satisfaction and improve service quality. Our client is looking for someone to who will fit into their team, someone who is customer focused, can work as a team, is able to problem solve & pay attention to detail, and is accountable. Paid training will be provided from 4 to 6 weeks upon hire, and extensive post training coaching and support for up to 3 months.  The pay rate is $16.00/hr plus 4% vacation pay.


Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:


• Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements

• Satisfying customer expectations 

• Demonstrating empathy by listening attentively to customer concerns

• Prepare international documents for export orders


Customer Service Representative Qualifications:


• 1 year of experience in Customer Service Delivery/Customer Contact Services

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Technical troubleshooting experience

• Excellent witting skills
