Daily entry of new and existing customer contracts, service level changes, updating of terms and cancellations.
Complete data entry and verification tasks as required
Manage high frequency inbound / outbound communications (phone and email) from and to clients.
Coordinate & liaise with cross-functional departments to resolve questions and issues (e.g dispatch agents related to the client's account).
Resolve issues regarding clients’ account and billing.
Investigate customer concerns and inquiries by asking the right questions to determine the best course of action for a resolution.
Communicate resolution in a timely manner to clients.
Passion to help customers learn about products and services that may benefit their current or future needs.
Comply with all company policies, procedures and directives from managers
Accuracy: Ensure high levels of data entry with minimal mistakes.
Adaptability: Stay focused on what needs to be done.
