  • Responsibilities:

  • Daily entry of new and existing customer contracts, service level changes, updating of terms and cancellations.
  • Complete data entry and verification tasks as required
  • Manage high frequency inbound / outbound communications (phone and email) from and to clients.
  • Coordinate & liaise with cross-functional departments to resolve questions and issues (e.g dispatch agents related to the client's account).
  • Resolve issues regarding clients’ account and billing.
  • Investigate customer concerns and inquiries by asking the right questions to determine the best course of action for a resolution.
  • Communicate resolution in a timely manner to clients.
  • Passion to help customers learn about products and services that may benefit their current or future needs.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures and directives from managers
