We are currently hiring a Customer Experience Associate in Summerside PEI for a Full-Time opportunity. Our client is a prominent independent supplier and marketer of fuel and petroleum products and a leading convenience store operator.

  • Pay rate: $17.00/HR
  • Location: Summerside PEI
  • Shifts: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Job type: Full-time Monday - Friday

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good data entry / keyboard skills
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
  • Interpersonal skills (internal/external)
  • Communication and listening skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem solving skills
  • Multi-tasking/prioritizing skills
  • Be a Self-starter, with the ability to be flexible
  • Job responsibilities include:

  • Record and maintain account information, noting accounts accordingly
  • Create new and manages existing customer accounts
  • Increase revenue through inside sales initiatives
  • Answer a high volume of customer calls
  • Handle sales inquiries, installations, and inspections
  • Scheduling visits
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to promptly handle and process inquiries, orders, and complaints
  • Utilize Equifax I-decision obtain credit approval for residential accounts.
  • Manage a credit portfolio of accounts under 50K credit limit
  • Send out appropriate overdue notices and work with third party agencies when warranted
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Process credit card pre-authorizations and sales
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Manage administration associated with customer accounts
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Other duties as assigned
