Customer Service Representatives

Adecco is currently looking for a temporary, full time Customer Service Representative for one of our clients Surrey, B.C, leader in the automobile field. You must have experience in sales or customer service to be considered for that position. Your mission will be to offer a perfect service to the customers in store and over the phone. The salary starts at 18$ per hour depending on your experience.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Be available between 8:00AM and 5:00PM (weekly and every other Saturdays);
Delighting our customers and delivering a great experience, in-store and over the phone
Achieving team performance goals in sales and customer satisfaction surveys;
Providing a seamless experience for our customers by working collaboratively with our insurance partners;
Identifying customers’ needs, suggesting the right solutions, and ensuring each
customer is taken care of;
Detailed and accurate completion of administrative needs within the Service Centre.

The qualifications required for the Customer Service Representative:

Have experience in sales or in customer service;
Be able to give a flexible schedule;
Have a valid driver's license (asset);
Have strong communication skills.
