Adecco is currently looking for a permanent/temporary and full time customer service representative for one of his client, leader in the automobile field. You need to possess a valid driver licence and some experience in sales or customer service to be consider for that position. Your mission will be to offer a perfect service to the customer in store and on the phone.

Different seeking location: Vancouver, Langley, Richmond, Coquitlam, Marine Drive, Victoria, Burnaby and Surrey

The responsibilities of the customer service representative:
· Delighting our customers and delivering a great experience, in-store and over the phone
· Achieving team performance goals in sales and customer satisfaction surveys
· Providing a seamless experience for our customers by working collaboratively with our insurance partners
· Identifying customers’ needs, suggesting the right solutions, and ensuring each customer is taken care of
· Detailed and accurate completion of administrative needs within the Service Centre

The qualifications required:

· Experience in sales or in customer service
· Be able to give a flexible schedule
· A valid driver licence
· Strong communication skill
