We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client located in Toronto. The shift is from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This is a temporary opportunity (3 - 6 Months) with the chance of going permanent depending on performance and company's requirement. Salary would be 35,000.

Job Duties:

1. Accepting inbound phone calls from customers.
2. Makes outbound phone calls to request customer information.
3. Such other duties as the parties may mutually determine from time to time
4. Accept feedback from quality analysts, supervisors, and other sources. 

Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree required or combination of experience and relevant work experience in Transportation, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.
2. Ability to successfully complete all required training & achieve a score of departmental standard
3. Must be able to operate in a PC Windows environment and achieve minimum thresholds on mandatory testing and training.
4. Demonstrated ability to work in a highly pressured and demanding work environment
5. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to multitask by listening, typing, speaking, and navigating multiple interfaces at the same time.
7. Minimum typing skill of 35 wpm
8. Agents are held to but not limited to metrics such as schedule adherence, Quality Compliance, Average handle time, etc.
9. Good analytical and problem solving skills
10. Good negotiation skills.
11. Ability to sit for long periods of time
12. Ability to work flexible shifts
13. Attention to detail
