EXCITING NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE OPPORTUNITY!

Adecco is currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives in Milton, ON. This is a direct hire opportunity, where you would be directly employed by our client! To be considered for this Customer Service Representative position, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess previous experience working in a CSR capacity. You will be responsible to meet, acknowledge and establish rapport with customers immediately, in a friendly and professional manner. Working hours will be 8am to 5pm, and shifts will be scheduled between Monday and Saturday.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Provide superior customer service to both customers calling on the phone as well as in person.
Support customer inquiries and open work orders as required
Identify customer needs, overcome objections, secure the work, and satisfy the customer.
Advise customers on installation and/or service and repair requirements and explain costs.
Schedule appointments to customers’ special needs and requirements.
Be responsible for and carry out the prompt, accurate completion of invoicing, banking, archiving, and operational reports.
Assist technicians in shop with installations and repairs as needed.


Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience of in person sales and/or in person customer service.
Strong selling skills & customer service skills
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Strong communication skills in person and on the telephone.
Must be able to pass a criminal record check & credit check
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Automotive service, repair, parts, or glass experience would be an asset.


Customer Service Representative Compensation

Competitive pay: $17-19/hr depending on experience
