Adecco is currently hiring for multiple Customer Service Representatives. To be considered for this Customer Service Representative role you must have a minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience, with call center experience being an asset. Our client is a major Canadian Institution and within this role, you will be responsible for completing outbound calls to clients on general health care matters regarding their travel outside of Canada. This is a 3 month contract position, with the possibility of an extension and has a pay rate of $16 per hour, working remotely from home.

The Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Include:

  • Making outbound calls to clients on general health care matters regarding their travel outside of Canada.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support in an Outbound customer contact environment
  • Satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices
  • Demonstrating empathy by listening attentively to customer concerns
  • Performs customer request problem identification and follows defined procedures to resolve correctly
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements
  • Receives and logs internal and or external customer problem request issue and ensures proper documentation
  • The Customer Service Representative Qualifications Include:

  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service Delivery/Customer Contact Services
  • High School Diploma
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Criminal Record Check will be completed 
  • Must have a quiet setting with little to no background noise to perform calls
  • Reliable high-speed and unlimited Internet
  • Must be capable of performing independent remote work
  • Business operations are from Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 10pm EST and Saturdays and Sundays, 7:30am – 7pm EST.
