Adecco is currently hiring for Inbound Customer Service Representatives in Woodstock, ON. To be considered for this Customer Service role, you must have at least 1-year experience with Customer Service or Contact Centre experience. Our client is a seeking a professional individual looking for a long-term career opportunity. Successful candidates will be offered a pay rate starting at $17.50 an hour.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

· Complete tasks/assignments within the assigned time frame with no errors

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to reply to customer request via phone, e-mail and web-based chats

· Ensure individual and department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives are achieved

· Document information in a timely and accurate manner and adding follow ups if necessary

· Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks correctly

· Ability to multi-task by simultaneously listening and thinking about solutions to offer our customers while entering data

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

· 1-2 years of customer service/call centre experience

· Exceptional telephone etiquette in essential

· Strong typing and computer skills

·  Technical aptitude and troubleshooting experience is an asset
