Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service role for one of our clients, a leading global wholesale distributor of security and low voltage products. The successful Customer Service Representative must be motivated and enthusiastic, with a knack for client-management.

For the right candidate, who is proactive and shows interest, aptitude and takes initiative, this role can transition into an inside sales-based role.

To be considered for this Customer Service Representative role, a background in retail electronics or similar customer service and sales role is an asset. 

The pay rate for this role is $17-20 hourly based on experience, Mon-Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm. This role is a temporary contract with a strong chance of extension for the right candidate.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

•    Pick sales order from warehouse generated by inside sales team
•    Answer inbound calls, assist with transaction of call or transfer to appropriate team
•    Provide customer support via phone and in person in necessary
•    Merchandising aisles, assisting with incoming stock
•    Outbound calls to follow up with clients regarding ETA on product
•    Other duties as required

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

•    Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
•    Previous experience in customer service role is a must
•    Able to work both independently and as part of a team
•    Client-focused in all interactions
•    Excellent time management and communication skills
