Customer Service / Sales Representative l $38K+ - $45K+/ Vancouver, BC / Permanent

Adecco has partnered with one of Canada’s most well-established vision correction providers to seek for a Customer Service / Sales Representative to join their downtown Vancouver office.
 

The purpose of this position is to provide an exceptional patient experience from start-to-finish while performing strong customer retention techniques.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Provides accurate information to patients regarding surgery pricing and available financial plans
  • Maintain and exceed personal and clinic target “sales” objectives
  • Manage and address patient questions in a timely, clear and concise manner
  • Complete administrative tasks, including but not limited to: follow up & retention calls/emails, surgery confirmation calls etc.
  • Complete financial applications when required
  • Any other tasks as per request

Required Skills:

  • 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • 3 years of relevant customer service experience (face to face experience is essential)
  • Results driven and goal focused
  • Persuasive communicator with active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Team player
  • Interest in the health care of health services field

 

This is a permanent, full-time position and candidates must be available on a flexible schedule (one evening per week as well as the occasional Saturday). Full training will be provided.
