Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Specialist in North York. The position is working in a Call Centre; fielding calls coming in directly from stores. This role will see you responding to customer inquiries on store credit submissions (shorts, overages, damages, returns, etc. Our client is one of the most recognized names in Canadian retailing.
 This is a 1-year contract and has a pay rate $19.00/hour.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Communicate investigation results to various departments and customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries on store credit submissions (shorts, overages, damages, returns, etc.)
  • Co-ordination of store returns to respective Distribution Centers
  • Enter all approved credit claims on SAP and other in-house systems
  • Special projects - generate manual daily and weekly summary reports for analysis
  • Problem Solving Investigate store claims to determine root causes as per guidelines.
  • Improve costs at branch and retail level
Customer Service Specialist Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Ability to communicate collaboratively with internal and external customers
  • Effectively prioritize workload while working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Bilingualism (French)  preferred for this role
  • Ability to work with multiple software applications and hands-on experience using any of our current in-house systems, WMS, Manhattan, COM, SAP, and Windows applications
  • The shifts are Monday to Friday 8:00am-7:00 pm and Sat 8:00 am -4:00 PM as well as Sat holidays. 
  • The individuals must be able to work any shift within operating hrs.  (The schedules are rotated and posted one month in advance)
