Adecco is currently hiring for full-time a Customer Service Representative in Mississauga, Ontario. We are looking for energetic, motivated and results-oriented individuals with 2-3 years' retail sales experience to join our client's customer service team. Our client is Canada's leading glass repair and replacement company.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Serving the customer with a friendly, upbeat and customer first attitude
  • Contribute to service Centre’s achievement of meeting or exceeding target KPIs
  • Create meaningful interactions with clients through in- person, phone and build sales and good rapport
  • Identify customer needs, overcome objections, secure the work, and satisfy the customer
  • Advise customers on installation and/or service and repair requirements and explain costs
  • Schedule work to suit customers’ special needs and requirements
  • Effectively manage, and take accountability for, service centre stocks (planning, ordering, loss reduction and checking)
  • Be responsible for and carry out the prompt, accurate completion of invoicing, banking, archiving, and operational reports
  • Assist technicians in a shop with installations and repairs as needed
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years’ experience in sales and/or customer services role  
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
  • Able to assist in other locations within a defined geographic area as required.
  • Must have a Valid driver’s license 
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Goal oriented team player with commitment and drive to succeed
  • Automotive service, repair, parts, or glass experience would be an asset
