Adecco is currently hiring for a Regional Sales Manager for our client located in Toronto, ON. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least 7 years of consultative sales experience preferably in retail real estate, data analytics or consulting.

Our client is a Start Up company that focuses on digital marketing, planning and advertising for the retail industry located in the GTA. They have been in business for over five years and specialize in bringing up to the second retail intelligence for their customers to determine the location of their new enterprise.

The compensation package is a base salary of between $65 000 to $75 000, and an additional $30,000 in bonuses, 10% commission on all sales (OTE 130K), 4 weeks’ vacation, full benefits and stock options.

The Account Executive - Retail Real Estate Key Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for developing a new territory in the GTA through networking with existing clients and establishing the company’s presence in marketplace
Effectively manage strategic planning, business development, social media, advertising, brand development and network for the company
Establish new office in the GTA including staffing, coaching and team development during first year
Responsible for increasing brand awareness by over 100% in first year


The Account Executive - Retail Real Estate Mandatory Qualifications Include:

Must have strong connections to the Toronto Real Estate industry, preferably in Retail or Commercial leasing.
Five to seven years of business development experience preferably in selling a service – experienced in developing new territories
Experience in developing office from ground up – staffing, people management and recruiting
Strong analysis skills along with superior organization, detailed, prioritization, independent work and time management skills
Have strong oral and written communication skills as will be interacting with clients on a daily basis
Ability to work within a fast paced, customer centric environment with demanding and time sensitive projects
MS Office – specifically CRM proficiencies
