Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Success Specialist in downtown Toronto. To be considered for this Customer Success Specialist position the successful candidate needs to have minimum 2 years of Customer Success, Relationship Management and/or Account Management experience in the SaaS space.

Our client’s Customer Success team engages their corporate customers to drive adoption and demonstrate ongoing value. This critical function is responsible for onboarding new customers by engaging executive teams in the launch, driving ongoing adoption, and managing renewals. It works with the rest of our client’s organization to uncover new ways to make their product a part of everyday life.

Our client is a growing tech company in the health & safety industry and is offering a generous compensation package of $50,000 - $60,000 base salary, plus bonus, vacation, full benefits and career progression.

Customer Success Specialist Responsibilities:

Drive retention and growth among our client’s most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
Enable successful roll-out of the product to customer employees, including sharing and developing relevant creative assets, brainstorming ideas, and attending launches virtually or in person.
Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement.
Identify opportunities for customers to act as advocates for our client (e.g. testimonials, case studies, etc.).
Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Marshall resources across the organisation as needed to support customers needs.
Represent the voice of the customer to inform our client’s sales process and product roadmap.

Customer Success Specialist Requirements:

2+ years in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role in the SaaS space.
Outstanding analytical skills and be able to interpret and communicate insights on application activity to customer and internal Senior Leadership team.
Creative problem solver who understands how to uncover underlying issues by asking the right questions and being able to identify holistic solutions.
Able to build and maintain relationships, while working to mitigate, churn and drive engagement and renewals.
Willingness to travel as this position may require up to 10% travel
University, College degree or equivalent professional experience.
Understanding of the health & safety industry considered an asset.
Experience working with large enterprise customer
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented
