Adecco is currently hiring for a Data Coordinator in Brampton, ON. To qualify for Data Coordinator position, you must be English/French Bilingual and have minimum 1 year of Data Entry or related experience.


Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the technology industry. This Data Coordinator role is a 1-year contract and has a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.


Data Coordinator Responsibilities:
-Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

-Update data in appropriate databases efficiently and effectively

-File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports

-Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails

-Respond to requests for information and access relevant files and save completed documents in designated location

-Perform other duties as assigned


Data Coordinator Qualifications:
-French/English Bilingual Required.

-Professional communication/telephone skills are required.

-Required computer skills and operation of other peripheral devices.

-Intermediate secretarial/clerical abilities.

-Performs intermediate administrative/clerical tasks in a specific division/area.

-Researches data, constructs data format and uses computer to develop reports, tables, and correspondence.

-Applies knowledge of standard operating procedures.
