  • Handle clients’ queries and resolves issues, while maintaining great client relationship
  • Manages accurate allocation of client’s incoming receipts by monitoring wire transfers, clearing house payments and other AR duties
  • Facilitate cash allocation for clientele in an accurate manner
  • Monitor documentation of reports and figures to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in maintaining compliance of the accounts departments by monitoring the unauthenticated payments
  • Assist in other duties upon request
