Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Data Entry Associate for 6 months for a 6-month assignment with our esteemed client, an industry leader situated in Winnipeg, MB. This pivotal role demands exceptional attention to detail and requires an active Reliability Status security clearance or eligibility for one.

  • Pay Rate: $15.3/hour 

  • Location: Winnipeg, MB | Onsite

  • Shifts: Monday – Friday 7 AM – 4 PM

  • Job type: Full-time |6-month contract, with possibility of extension

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Categorizing and organizing documents efficiently

  • Preparing documents and managing shipments

  • Conducting data entry tasks as required

  • Scanning and sorting various documents

  • Handling incoming mail, organizing, and preparing it for processing

Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in records management is highly advantageous

  • Typing speed of 6,000 keystrokes or more is beneficial

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Capable of lifting and moving boxes (12kg)

  • Proficient in computer usage and adept at working within a team

  • Legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
