Adecco is currently recruiting to a full time permanent Data Entry Clerk (Accounting/Excel) job in Sherwood Park, AB.  The Data Entry Clerk (Accounting/Excel) will be responsible for data entry duties of invoices and various documents/orders utilizing QuickBooks as well as setting up records and spreadsheets in Excel.

Data Entry Clerk (Accounting/Excel) Responsibilities:

·         Data entry duties of all accounts payable invoices, accounts receivable payments and various additional documents as required.

·         Set up and maintain numerous spreadsheets utilizing MSExcel.

·         Run reports and distribute as requested.

·         Provide general office/administrative support in other areas as needed.

Qualifications:

·         The ideal candidate must possesses exceptional data entry skills both in speed and accuracy.

·         You must have experience in a general accounting role and have used QuickBooks in the past.

·         Must have senior level skills in Excel.

·         A team player who is a strong communicator.

·         Analytical thinker who enjoys working with numbers.
