Adecco is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant in London, ON for our Aerospace client. To qualify for this Administrative Assistant role, you must have advanced Excel and Data Entry skills, Type 45 WPM,  Excellent written and verbal skills and a minimum 1 year experience of data entry experience.

 Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and sort documents / data sheets for the purpose of data entry
  • Establish entry priorities by maintaining understanding of what data needs to be entered first
  • Enter customer orders into prescribed database software
  • Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, changing or deleting entered information
  • Reception coverage 
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
  • Advanced  Word and Excel skills
  • 45+ WPM 
  • Grade 12 Diploma/Equivalent
  • Canadian Citizen or valid permanent resident card
  • Clear criminal record
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
