The agent will be responsible for performing data entry regarding customer tax forms submitted from across the country. These forms will be mailed back to the bank in high volumes, at which point these candidates will ensure accuracy of information recorded in the appropriate BMO database. This is a project-centric position and will be running for 3 to 6 months from start to finish. Candidate Value Proposition (CVP): This position is an excellent gateway for a candidate looking to work for the bank- this role will also expose candidates to some of the fundamental products and information systems the bank has to offer, providing a valuable foundation for someone looking to pursue a career in the area Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): o Receive customer tax forms from across the country, which can be completed in either English or French o Translate the customer information indicated on the tax form into the BMO system with a high level of accuracy and efficiency o Perform other basic customer related queries as needed o Attend and participate in team huddles towards the beginning of the workday to keep workload properly moving and distributed among team members HOURS: monday to friday, 9AM TO 5PM SALARY: 15$/h Must-Have Skills: o 1+ years of experience in data entry or a related role o Excellent communication skills in both English and French o Basic computer skills o Team-oriented o High attention to detail o Able to work independently Nice-to-have skills: o Some knowledge or understanding of basic banking products and processes- note that this would help the candidates transition into the role seamlessly, though validation training will be provided before candidates can begin working on their own Educational Requirements: High School Diploma required Q6631 W3iad60
