Adecco is currently hiring a Digital Filing Clerk in the GTA. To qualify for this role, you must be flexible to work on contract basis and travel to different work locations within Brampton, Scarborough, Markham, North York, Downtown, Kitchener and Mississauga area. Additionally, you must have previous experience in an administrative role and have excellent organizational skills.
We are looking for individuals who can work in fast paced environments, accurately maintain records and efficiently organize documents. The candidates will need to have computer experience and be comfortable working with the same, so that they can complete digital filing. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a Full-Time contract position with a pay rate of $16 - $17 per hour.
Digital Filing Clerk Requirements:

  • Sort checks, keep payroll records, take inventory, and distribute mail
  • Act as an information and communication distributor for an office
  • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaint
  • Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities
  • Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports using computers
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems

Digital Filing Clerk Qualifications:

  • Great Verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multi-tasking
  • Good computer skills
  • Good customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential
  • Proficient in computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 0-2 years administrative/customer service related experience required
