Adecco is currently hiring a Data Migration Administrator for a firm in Vancouver BC. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of professional experience operating in an administrative capacity with a demonstrated skill to use Excel efficiently.

Reception Responsibilities:

-Create a great first impression, and interface in a professional and positive manner while greeting
clients and vendors.
-Data migration from one system to another
Reporting in Excel
-Answering a phone system and effectively route calls

Reception Qualifications:

-Computer proficiency, especially within Excel- for reporting and migration data
-Excellent customer service skills
-Mazimizer experience is an asset
-A positive, proactive attitude, high-energy level, flexibility, dependability and willingness to learn new skills and be a team player
