Adecco is hiring a Daysheet Administrator for Markham, ON.

In his role you will be responsible for corporate daily sales audit such as:  ongoing communication with the stores, as well as the loss prevention, operations, coupons, and banking departments. 


Length of Assignment: approximately 1 month, possibility of extension

Start Date: ASAP

Hourly Rate: $15-18/hr

Location: Highway 407 & Woodbine Avenue

The role will be limited to the physical appreciation and checking of Daily Sales Reports in connection with Paid In, Paid Out, Manufacturer’s Coupons, Manufacturer’s Free Goods

  • Daily checking of debit, credit card, cash, gift and loyalty receipts totals against POS. 
  • Investigate, log and communicate errors and variances found with stores and relevant departments
  • Communicate with stores to correct errors where possible.
  • Review refunds, paid outs and coupon amounts recorded against actual coupons submitted. 
  • Prepare report on Daysheet Audit findings to Loss Prevention department on significant variances, refunds and paid outs.
  • Track daysheet reports received from all stores and communicate late items.
  • Ensure regularity of daysheet submissions from each store location.
  • Prepare journal entries on audit adjustments as necessary.
  • Assist Coupon Clerk in sorting manufacturer
  • What will you need to succeed?

  • Completion of post-secondary education
  • 1+yr experience working in a retail environment
  • 1+ education or experience in a finance/mathematical field
  • Experience with ERP software (such as MS Navision) is an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills highlighted by excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player who is adaptable, and has the ability to work independently
  • Experience using MS Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, & Excel (v-lookups & pivot table functions )
