This 12-month Dealer Services Coordinator position is with one of Canada's Best Employers located here in the Durham Region. Currently this position is a hybrid of remote and onsite. 

The Dealer Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Marketing Department in all aspects of dealer relations, dealer online sales, and the dealer service loaner program. This role will utilize thorough knowledge of lease and end-policies concerning vehicle inspections, customer end-of-term processes, dealer sales, and dealer service loaners in order to answer dealer inquiries and provide dealer support.  

  • Pay Rate: Determined by experience
  • Location: Ajax, Ontario  
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm, Saturday 11:00am – 3:00pm

  • Job Duties: 

  • Administer client contracts from beginning to completion 
  • Manage phone calls related to all usage and purchase inquiries from various end-users and dealerships 
  • Provide training to Dealer Personnel and company Field Personnel to ensure understanding of various platforms used to sell and redeploy incoming vehicles 
  • Follow up with dealers on vehicles that have not been grounded within three business days. Identify trends and work with Field Personnel and dealerships to ensure the process is understood and followed 
  • Oversee adherence to Service Level Agreement’s regarding client payments, inventory, and vendor accountability 
  • Job Requirements: 

  • Post-secondary education preferably in Business-related studies (proof required) 
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check 
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Positive attitude and team player 
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction 
  • Consumer or automotive financing knowledge and sound understanding of dealership operations 
  • Exceptional computer skills, Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, and Oracle 
  • Able to work overtime and/or flexible hours
