Deburrer Operator - FT - Afternoon Shift - $$$$

Our client in the Aerospace industry in Woodbridge is looking for a Deburrer Operator. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in handling hand held tools and Deburring in Grinding, Sanding and Polishing,

Training will be from 7:00 am - 4:30 pm for short  period of time, then regular schedule with commence in the afternoon shift 4:15 pm to 1:15 am.


• Complete deburring operations on aluminum, steel, and titanium product using hand held sanders, grinders and polishers;
• Grind or chip excess welds, rust, scale and other materials from the surfaces of metal products;
• Visual inspection of product;
• Managing tools, gauges, and other equipment within the deburring department to ensure proper allocation, maintenance, etc;
• Completion of basic documentation (i.e. non-conformance reports, daily time sheets, work area event reporting, etc);
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment;
• Good attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, results oriented; and capable of completing;
• Other assigned tasks according to established written/verbal instructions.

• High school education or equivalent
• Preferably minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing environment;
• Experience working with metals/some understanding of metal properties;
• Demonstrates mechanical capabilities/aptitude including very labor and repetitive tasks;
• Capable for lifting parts up to 35 lbs;
• Experience using various hand tools/power tools/air tools and equipment (sanders, grinders, etc.)
