Development Coordinator l $47K+ - $66K+/ Vancouver, BC / Permanent

Adecco has partnered with a growing and well-established real estate development and investment firm to seek for a Development Coordinator to join their downtown office.
This position will assist the Development team with various exciting projects.

Responsibilities:


Participate in project development activities, including project planning, reporting, and meetings with external consultants and internal teams
Assist in preparation, formatting and distribution of proposals, commitment letters, reports and meeting minutes
Organize team meetings
Provide administrative assistance to the Development team
Draft, prepare, distribute and follow-up with various correspondence
Follow up on telephone and email correspondence, and respond accordingly
Prioritize & multitasking simultaneously, and follow through to completion
Assure discreet handling of all company business
Provide assistance on special projects.


Requirements:

Minimum of two years’ experience in administration
Real Estate industry experience is an asset
Effective communication skills (verbal and written);
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, self-motivated and detail oriented;
Knowledge of MS Office Suite of products including proficiency in Excel and Word.
