Adecco is currently hiring for a Digital Advertising Account Manager for our client located in Toronto, ON. In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least two years of experience in a similar role and be a Google AdWords expert.

The Digital Advertising Account Manager drives revenue as well as the primary liaison between the internal and external clients. It is a very technical role, as they will manage local, regional and national sales & digital marketing and search campaigns from concept to execution to aftercare.

The compensation package is a base salary of between $70 000 to $90 000 plus discretionary bonus structure dependent upon performance, work from home option, 3 weeks’ vacation, 5 flex days, gym membership, full benefits, RRSP Matching and continual training to their staff.

The Digital Advertising Account Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring flawless day-to-day operations of a portfolio of accounts
  • Managing client interactions as it pertains to operations, optimizations and strategy
  • Overseeing projects from initial client briefing to final debriefing and wrap-up
  • Working with the clients to identify their needs and match them with digital solutions
  • Ensuring the overall campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction to grow the billings
  • Built innovative and practical campaign strategies designed to achieve client goals
  • Media research and production of media plans
  • Optimized and analyzed campaigns to develop strategic recommendations going forward
  • Post-campaign client debriefing through calls or in-person presentations
  • Day-to-day client relationship management, consulting and support

The Digital Advertising Account Manager Mandatory Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of Google AdWords experience
  • Superior organization, detailed, prioritization, independent work and time management skills
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills as will be interacting with various levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to work within a fast paced, customer centric environment with demanding and time sensitive projects
  • Have an entrepreneurial disposition along with solid exposure to the digital advertising and marketing industry
  • MS Office products proficiency
  • Have a Bachelor Degree
  • Bilingual French/English is definitely an asset but not required
