Digital Manager

On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing brand in the Marketing Agency industry, Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Digital Manager to join their Digital Marketing team.

Some Responsibilities of the Digital Manager are:

  • Planning, optimizing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition for client files
  • Build, manage, and actively oversee marketing strategy and the development, writing, design, production and distribution of all marketing campaigns (i.e. Multi-merchant & solo e-blasts, emails, Social media campaigns, online and offline advertisements, designed collateral/handouts,, events, launches, etc.)
  • Planning and implementing optimizations to the digital platforms (website, app, newsletters) to improve user experience and increase conversion rate.
  • Learning and utilizing smart emails campaigns via wifi connected platforms for all respective client files
  • Using Google Analytics and other key measurement tools to report weekly/monthly on performance metrics, providing meaningful insights on what is working, and making recommendations on what can be improved and how.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other managers in all departments  to oversee accounts and delegate tasks to a team of Digital and Design Account Coordinators
  • Comfortable taking the lead on presentations for accounts of all sizes
  • Responsible for pitching prospective clientele on all company services such as digital marketing, design, and public relations where applicable
  • Required to be present/Liaison to client files at all major events where applicable
  • Manage both the digital marketing and design departments of the business
  • Some Requirements of the Digital Manager are:

  • 5 years’ experience in digital marketing with a marketing agency
  • Knowledge or experience within the hospitality industry is preferred
  • Self-Starter, who has experience building strategies that scale
  • Task oriented individual able to work and delegate based on current needs.
  • Knowledge of google analytics, yelp advertising, linkedin marketing, and facebook business manager
  • Some knowledge on working with, setting up Out Of Home campaigns from start to finish
  • Comprehensive understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and custom audiences from multiple data sources
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proven ability to leverage data in decision making.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and attention to detail
  • Experience working with attribution and analytics tracking platforms, such as Google Analytics and/or similar.
  • Familiar with best practices website optimization (landing pages, conversion rate) as well as pixel integrations for tracking, etc.
  • Proficient knowledge of online measurement and performance indicators, ability to analyze campaign data and discern insights.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, user experience and web development.
  • Intermediate or higher Excel/Google Drive proficiency.
  • Intermediate or higher knowledge/experience in Adobe Creative Suite programs
  • An independent and authoritative approach to client files and communication
