Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Digital Marketing and Events Coordinator to work full-time hours remotely.

In this role, you would be coordinating all required components for execution on digital paid channels, with a focus on increasing user acquisition and digital engagement. You would make data-driven suggestions that help propel the direction of marketing initiatives and improve performance. You would also support Adecco’s social networks and external communications with the goal of expanding outreach and improving brand awareness and customer/candidate engagement.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Executes on the PPC and digital paid media strategy. Promotes brand and company awareness through various social media channels, ensuring brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
  • Develops and executes a targeted media strategy for Tik Tok, recruiting and developing capacity in colleagues to be the voice and ambassadors of Adecco.
  • Supports day-to-day management and coordination of social media campaigns. Provides monthly reporting on social media activity, ensuring progress on all platforms using Google Analytics and other analytical tools as required.
  • Manages all aspects of social media interaction between customers, candidates, and associates to ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Coordinates and implements monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales/candidate attraction objectives and initiatives.
  • Plans and manages event logistics including but not limited to tradeshows, customer events, national events, and webinars. Manages budget and vendors and maintains a work back schedule for each event ensuring pre and post event marketing activities are implemented and produces post-event reports that outline successes, obstacles, and potential opportunities. Ensures all event assets and equipment is maintained and in good functioning condition.
  • Assists with collateral and graphic design projects as needed to support the overall marketing program; creates infographics, emails, ads, web copy, press releases, videos, etc.
  • Performs other duties and participates in special projects as required.
  • Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Completion of post-secondary education in communications, marketing, journalism or related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience that include B2B and B2C public relations and/or social media management · Strong technical and computer skills including MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and InDesign) and cross-channel social media management platforms
  • Professional certification in Google Analytics an asset
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Possesses superior organizational skills. Is able to effectively manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines consistently and prioritize any new tasks as required.
  • Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Well-honed project management and planning skills.
  • Displays a willingness to cooperate and work as part of a team, assisting others when required.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. May be required to work overtime and/or travel within Canada.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required
