Digital Recruitment Coordinator – Bilingual (Remote)
Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Digital Recruitment Coordinator to join our national Marketing team. This role is responsible for supporting all Canadian delivery channels through the creation of job postings and providing digital recruitment support. As part of Adecco’s national marketing team, this role will leverage programmatic recruitment technology and assist with monitoring job posting performance to ensure the necessary applicant flow is achieved and maximum ROI is realized.
This position is remote, and the desired candidate can be located anywhere within Canada.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment. Previous job posting writing experience, search engine optimization knowledge and strong customer service, attention to detail and time management skills round out what we are looking for.

Digital Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities:
Works closely with various delivery channels including field branches, onsites and the talent hub, providing efficient and effective job posting support.
Receives requests through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and creates, posts and monitors job postings, ensuring Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices are followed.
In collaboration with the Lead, Digital Recruitment, creates the monthly job board plan.
Monitors job posting performance and provides suggestions for improvement to ensure the necessary applicant flow meets requirements and maximum ROI is being achieved.
Digital Recruitment Coordinator Qualifications:
Completion of post-secondary education or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
A minimum of two (2) years of administrative, customer service or recruitment work experience.
Knowledge of search engine optimization best practices and previous job posting writing experience.
Experience in writing and editing content for websites is an asset.
Excellent writing and editing skills in English and French.
Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
