Digital Research Assistant


Adecco is currently looking for a Digital Research Assistant in Kitchener, ON. To be considered for this role you must have Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects/programs and have Some knowledge of application operations, platform administration, developer experience. Our client is an award winning, multinational corporation that specializes in Internet-related services and products. This is a 6-Month contract position and has a pay rate of $16-20.52 (per hour).


As a Digital Research Assistant you will Communicate with stakeholders (via email, docs, sheets, decks, chat, and GVC when necessary) to maintain planning & momentum, Take notes, monitor and follow-up on action items to/from customers and internal personnel; Review, synthesize, and create materials for customer and stakeholder communications.

The Digital Research Assistant Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain the CDP project plan, including both monthly sessions as well as ad hoc events
  • Monitor and respond to ad hoc customer requests and feedback through monthly and post-session surveys
  • Synthesize findings from CDP sessions (monthly and ad hoc)
  • Take notes for CDP sessions (monthly and ad hoc), reviewing recordings to ensure transcription accuracy
  • Identify, track, assign, and record impacts associated with action items mentioned during sessions and session-related communication
  • Building session content (agendas, communications, summaries)
  • Process ad hoc recruiting and related email communications
  • Manage event calendar and related logistics (e.g. customer invitation, status tracking, XFN team communication, session and action item reminders)
  • Maintain topic pipeline through regular engagements with XFN teams
  • Conduct regular program assessments to track qualitative and quantitative metrics
  • Coordinate session approach with stakeholders
  • Identify and recommend practices to increase session engagement (polling, survey, Q&A, activities)
  • Develop materials to contribute to CDP member identity and product/brand loyalty
  • Develop polls, surveys, and other evaluation materials to increase engagement with customer panel members.

    The Digital Research Assistant Qualifications Include:

  • Some industry experience (incl. internship or equivalent)
  • Some knowledge of user experience (UX), such as research, design, feedback, or other forms of direct customer engagement (such as marketing, sales)
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional, positive manner
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects/programs
  • Ability to take notes/minutes in real time and make corrections/elaborations later based on recorded session content
  • Ability to track and manage a complex series of tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Desired Ability to give presentations to diverse groups (varying levels of authority) of stakeholders
    Ability to analyze dynamic unstructured qualitative data
  • Ability to summarize complex, disparate themes/insights through compelling presentation content
  • Some knowledge of enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, related products
  • Some knowledge of application operations, platform administration, developer experience
  • BA/BS degree is an asset
