Adecco is currently recruiting for an Officer, Disability Management. This is a six-weeks contract to work with our Crown Corporation client located in Ottawa, ON. 
The candidate must hold a Security Clearance or be eligible for one.
The Officer, Disability Management will have the following responsibilities:
-    Administering the delivery of various Disability Management programs;
-    Ensuring consistency in advice delivery, interpretation and application of policies and processes;
-    Conducting analysis and recommending modifications to policies and processes;
-    Interacting with service providers and participating in the annual account planning;
-    Maintaining positive and productive working relationships; 
-    Bringing technical expertise to assist in the resolution of issues;
-    Providing national training on programs;
-    Receiving confidential data and manipulating raw data and records;
-    Analyzing data for trends, cause and effects, and issues which may require action; 
-    Identifying continuous improvement opportunities, policy implications and presenting findings to Manager;
-    Preparing presentations to key stakeholders;
-    Coordinating the resolution of assigned cases within realm of known solutions; 
-    Managing risk by ensuring the provision of accurate information and quick turnaround of requests;
-    Participating in appeals, grievances or arbitrations related to Disability Management as a Subject Matter Expert.
The Officer, Disability Management must meet the following mandatory requirements:
-    Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Health Science, or any other related field;
-    1 year minimum of work experience as a Disability Management Officer;
-    Strong experience in data entry;
-    Strong attention to detail and data accuracy;
-    Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills;
-    Knowledge of medical terminology is considered a strong asset ;
-    Intermediate to advanced level with MS Office (Excel, Word).
