Adecco is currently hiring for a Temporary Dispatcher to work in the Service Department for our client located in Mississauga, ON. To qualify for this Dispatcher role, you must have experience dispatching technicians to customer sites, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work within a fast paced and deadline oriented environment. Our client is a large and well-known organization that offers a positive work environment and extensive training program. The rate of pay for this position will range between $20-$22 per hour and the shift will be 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Dispatcher Responsibilities:
• Working in a Service environment and responsible for dispatching technicians to customer locations 
• Dealing with technicians, parts inventory, dispatching service calls and receiving inbound calls  
• Updates and maintains all information into database 
• General administrative duties as assigned 
Dispatcher Qualifications:

• Previous experience dispatching technicians 
• Exceptional customer service skills 
• Proficient using MS Office 
• Experience using SAP or CRM database
• Possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written     
• Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment
