Adecco is currently recruiting for a Distribution Manager in Oakville, Ontario. To qualify for the Distribution Manager opportunity role, you have at least 5 years of previous experience. As the Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with internal distribution partners to maximize revenue and profit. The Distribution Manager role is a permanent opportunity.

Distribution Manager Responsibilities:
- Conduct reviews with partners to ensure results are profitable
- Analyze current trends in market and able to forecast distribution networks
- Works with internal departments to support revenue growth (marketing teams, sales, etc.)
- Review budgets and targets with teams to ensure numbers are on track
- Relay new product information to vendors and ensure they have required information

Distribution Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years previous experience as OEM Distribution Manager
- Knowledge of telecommunications products and services
- Sales experience, 3-5 years
- Ability to travel across Canada if required

Distribution Manager Compensation
- Base salary: $70,000
- Benefits after completion of probation period
