Adecco is currently hiring for our client in North York, ON as Document Controller.

 

Shifts: (Mornings ONLY) Monday – Friday

Remote work for up to 3 months 

Temp to Perm Opportunity
Pay rate: $22-25/hr + 4%

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and minimum construction experience required for entry-level position. 
  • Working knowledge of construction methods and materials; drawings, schedules and specifications etc.; construction standards and best industry practices
  • Proficiency in use of SharePoint or similar, advanced Microsoft Excel and Word, Lotus Notes and Internet Necessary. 
  • Willingness to learn PM+ and SharePoint required
  • Administrative and organizational aptitude required
  • Ability to be proactive and assume responsibility to trouble-shoot software and data transfer problems.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand and follow the confidentially agreements of the projects
