Adecco is currently hiring for a Document Scanning Clerk in Montreal.  As a Document Scanning Clerk you will be responsible for analyzing document content, identifying which business area/unit it belongs to, and ensuring electronic images are provided to the appropriate business area/unit in a timely manner. This 3-month contract offers an hourly pay rate of $16.00 and is ideal for anyone who has the ability to set priorities and work within tight timelines; and is looking to gain experience with a well-known financial services organization that offers a great working environment and values diversity.

  • Document Scanning Clerk Responsibilities:

  • Apply appropriate tracking methodology for specific mail streams and processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and quality care within a high volume, deadline driven environment
  • Acts as a liaison between Office Services and Business Unit customers
  • May be responsible for monitoring select workflow queues to troubleshoot imaging issues
  • May be required to use high speed scanners
  • Document Scanning Clerk Qualifications:

  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Critical attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated computer skills and working knowledge of AWD, CICs, Lotus Notes, IAS, Compass, InfoDirect
  • Proven knowledge of BU document types, and forms recognition
  • Experience operating office equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor hardware/ software issues
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
